I bought my braai from The Braai Man in 2017. I use it 2 to 3 times a week in the summer and about once a week in the winter. The braai is well thought out with options of having the ember maker either in the middle to the side. The ember maker and the side of the braai have three slats on which to rest the grill enabling you to sear meat on a high heat with the grill lower or a slower cook if you put the grill higher. You can cook a massive amount of meat using this braai. Also if you fill the ember maker it generates a huge amount of heat which is great in winter. The workmanship and quality of the material used is very good. My braai stands outside, unprotected, all year round and it is still in great shape. The sheet metal is sturdy and the heat resistant coating is as still in excellent condition. If you like braaing then I can highly recommend.. It's well thought out and extremely well made. Also, Jack is really helpful and easy to deal with.'
